I came across a vehicle on AutoTrader which showed it was available through Atchinson Ford. I had spent hours doing research on this particular truck and both called and messaged the dealership to confirm availability. Both confirmed with me the truck I was looking at was on the lot and available. In the middle of messaging the sales rep about coming out to test drive the vehicle I receive an email from the dealership stating the vehicle was a custom order and was not available. I have no clue why the dealership would then list it on their website, AutoTraders, and on their lot! I was so frustrated with this experience. Honestly, I don't think I would ever go through Atchinson if they do these kind of gimmicks to get people in.

I have been calling for almost a year to have my recalls done and every time I have been told the parts were not in. I called another dealership which is further than I wanted to drive and guess what? Miraculously they had me in almost immediately. The question in my mind is did you not want to service my vehicle because there was no money directly coming from me or something else?

Weve always bought Ford vehicles but this was the first time we ordered one. Our salesman Terry was very helpful answering all our questions and keeping us up to date on when the vehicle was being built and shipped. We felt we were being dealt with honestly and would work with Terry again. We love our new Bronco Sport. Weve already recommended Terry and Atchinson Ford to friends that maybe interested in getting a vehicle in the future.

A total joke to say the least. Took my truck in for a recall that was scheduled about three weeks prior. When making this appointment I made an effort to ask if I could get a ride to my job, and was assured that it wasnt an issue. Well, fast forward to today when the truck was taken in (not by me but by another family member) they asked for a shuttle service and was told that there wasnt one. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that no one would have said that (insinuating that I was lying) and that the individual that I had drop my truck off didnt ask for a ride. Correct, he didnt ask for a ride, he asked for a shuttle. Common sense would be that it was one in the same. The man started to walk home because it would have been over a 6hour wait. I was told by Brian that I was rude and yelling at him for 20 minutes (the conversation was maybe 5 minutes long maybe!) and he demanded an apology from me. Then denied working on my vehicle. Needless to say, there service department is terrible, their parts department is disgusting and their sales team is a bunch of misogynists. (Other stories for other times) They ended up taking the car in (because Brian said he was the bigger person). I hope it was done and done correctly. I doubt it given their incompetence but who knows! I would have taken it elsewhere but this was the first available (called three other dealerships) and I am taking the truck out of town next week.
