I've dealt with many lawyers before and Curt's the first one I've had who can quote from his own treatise as legal authority in his briefs. Impressive lawyer. I definitely got my money's worth and his billing was fair.

He's a real Kick-ass lawyer, but he's never rude or condescending to anyone. Our judge really appreciated that you can tell. Curtis told me something someone told him at law school. If you don't know the law of have it on your side just argue louder or repetitively. When my wife's lawyer would do that, Curt would just lock eyes with the judge and super subtlety kind of shake his head from side to side that you really couldn't see but could feel. The judge would always get it. Very Cool.
