Poor workmanship, very unresponsive and a nightmare to deal with. Terrible customer service, taking every opportunity to skirt responsibility. Lackadaisical attitude towards safety, sending unvaccinated workers with unsuitable PPE to work on site during the COVID pandemic. Steer clear. This company did a faulty installation of a window in my home that resulted in a thermal stress crack after several months. First they tried to deny accountability and said that a replacement wasn't covered under warranty, despite their own technician confirming that it was a material and workmanship issue following a field assessment. When they finally agreed to replace the window, it took months of chasing to get an appointment. When their technicians arrived, they told me they weren't vaccinated and were using handkerchiefs as masks. When I requested that they send vaccinated workers, they claimed that none of their technicians were vaccinated as of September 2021, and refused to complete the work. Rather than pursue legal action, their retainer was used to hire another company to finish the job, which they did quickly and safely with no issues.
