I went this car wash place today and the service was very bad with the lady who help me she was on phone talking with airpiece I was a Best car wash member she put me on Good car wash option and no tire shine also the dryer was not dry properly it sucks not coming back this place again if there is 0 star I was rating it 0star!

I went there twice now, on the grand opening day and recently on June 2. On the first day, the system stopped and I got an incomplete wash and I had to go back another round to get it done . On the 2nd times, the car behind me jumped the track and hit my bumper, incident report were filed and I was told management were not available that day . As instructed I was told to come back Monday and I did. The manager on duty on Monday told me they had not finished reviewing other incident reports happened over the weekend and he told me I would be getting a call later that day or this Tuesday. Both days have come and gone, no calls, thus this feedback.

Great customer service! The car wash was great and the drying was much better than other car wash places. The assistant manager also provided me a complimentary towel to dry my car

Terrible terrible service manager is extremely unhelpful dora acts kind but is insistent on not helping in any circumstances only had issues with this location
