Bought two items a laptop battery and a power source for my desktop. Provided the specs for the desktop, and selected a power source, salesman advised it would work. Laptop battery was trash and wouldnt hold a charge, only giving 2 stars because they did return that. 45 days after purchase the power source completely shut down. Their unspoken warranty was 30 days, they did offer $15 off an $80 power source. But otherwise I was on my own to contact the manufacturer as they decided it was no longer their problem. Inept salesman is the main problem, better off buying online, as relying on "professionals", is apparently a costly mistake.
