TV was taken away 3 times for the same issue and each time, I was informed it had been repaired yet within an hour of receiving it the same fault would occur. Parts I explicitly said to not replace until the primary issue I called up for was solved, were installed anyway At the end of it all, despite countless assurances, the TV 's critical fault was not repaired and I was charged 150 for unasked for replacements on a TV that is unusable.
My advise is buy a new TV if yours fails! Had a problem with my TV and after quite a number of weeks it was repaired and all was working fine for a few weeks that is. Called him to let him know the same problem had occurred. The part was once again taken away to be replaced and once received back it was working fine for a few hours that is. My opinion is that the parts used were either non OEM parts or a faulty batch of the same parts. Would I use someone to repair a TV again? Answer is simply no. Make sure you have a guarantee or warranty when you purchase a TV and once expired and your TV fails it is no use getting it repaired as most likely it will fail down the line. Off to John Lewis to buy a new one with a 5 year guarantee!
