Hi Rose, Thank you for your feedback, and thank you so much for driving all the way out to visit us! We truly appreciate it. We are so sorry for the confusion. Back in November, we moved to this new and amazing location in Buffalo Grove (from our Wheeling location). When we did so, we changed business models, so we are no longer a dine-in restaurant and cafe, but a virtual cafe and online food business! Thus, we do not have our food out on display like we used to. Our website is our menu now. Because of COVID-19, we try to keep our capacity inside at a minimum (it is a small office area) and we usually run the food out curbside or to the car, for the safety and comfortability of our beloved customers. Some folks do come inside if they are a Consultation Client (as was the case on Sunday during your visit), need to use the restroom, or might need to for other reasons. We most definitely understand that our business change can be confusing, especially when searching on Google, since we used to be a cafe and Google has not updated all of our information, despite our best attempts to edit and change the information on our end. Drove an hour to get there, only to find out it's just an office in an industrial park. No store front, no nice cafe, like the website shows. The woman wouldn't even let us in. I know, it's Covid, but there were people coming out when we got there, and she said she had a customer inside. She said she had plenty of food, such as soups, desserts, etc. but she wouldn't show us any. She said she could just tell us what she had, or we could check the website. We asked if she had and literature, or meal plans, and we were directed to the website again. We sketchy. We won't be ordering.
