@Robert Weitekamp I actually spoke to this customer on the phone and advised him of my business hours. He showed up and dropped the item at the back door and left and this is the message that I send him. "Good morning Robert, Yes I got your robe I need some information on what you wanting on the robe. "KG" I need more information so Size: Color: Which sleeve: I have a 12 garment minimum and was trying to be nice we al have a 14 business day turnaround from the time we start production. He never paid or put a deposit down so I dont know how he figure anything would be done.

Didnt get any work done but I tried. They don't answer the door or their phones. Dropped off and item to get embroidery on Tuesday. Came to pick it up on Saturday and they said they haven't done it yet. I wish they would've set expectations at the beginning

This customer was sent a sample of the work and visually shown and told in person the where the placement of his logo would be. Unfortunately I do not guarantee the quality of work on customers provided low quality garments. We stand on great customer service and quality. I see the reason as to why no one would take on this project. You win some you lose some. I wish you the best my guy.

I first wanna say DO NOT BELIEVE THIS MAN when hes trying to defend himself in the comments below i gave him 1 job and he messed it all up i clearly said the specifications and he ignored my instructions hes never at the shop etc. i can go on & on but im saving future customers DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PLEASE
