I am looking at my computer, and I had tried to schedule you for a recheck on your glasses and it was cancelled and it was no showed which means you didnt show up for your appointment when we tried to fix it and cancelled the one before that. Had my eyes checked for new glasses. They called said ready. I go to pick them up, store was about empty. Girl goes into back to get them. I wait about 5 minutes she comes back hads me a bag. Glasses totally wrong. Cannot see with them at all. I am told just need to get use to them. Worse experience in my almost 60 years of wearing glasses
They won't take my insurance and they charged me even though I had to have pay the bill even though I have 2 insurance company.
