My daughter purchased a car at new Concept auto exchange on December 31,2014. We realized the car was a lemon, and tried to return it 3 days after purchase. Joe,the owner and his son refused to take the car back.He told us to take it to his mechanic. From the date of purchase ,December 31 to February 15th,the car had to go to the mechanic 5 times.Twice it had to be towed there because it would not start.Joe the owner claims he put out 300.00 in repairs. The warranty covered NOTHING ! The car needed a new fuel pump, fuses , the steering column had to be replaced.Less than 60 days of purchasing this car my daughter had to put out over $600.00 in repairs.Quality,Honesty, integrity ? Not after they get the money and you pull off of that lot! We were also never told that the car had been in an accident, and there was a manufacturer recall....
Please do not make the same mistake I made buying a car from these guys. I first didnt get the car I wanted when I went there. Its a father and son. The son Bryan Vela needs to find another profession. Hes completely impatient and wants nothing to do with helping the customer. The dad Joe is a nice guy and the only reason I bought a car from this place. Then after this is when everything has gone wrong. Ive been driving with the dealer tags for over a month, until today. I get a call from the father and son to come get my tags and title. Told me it was urgent. Then I get there, and neither one are there. It was an elderly man named Ed who didnt know anything about why I was there. He was a very sweet man, and it wasnt his fault, but this whole process took several hours including having to drive somewhere else because they didnt have anything ready. This place is completely unprofessional, and unorganized. Look elsewhere
