I've heard good things but my experience was kind of bad. They didn't get their surplus stuff in because of covid so I saw empty boxes marked with names of things I wanted to buy. In the canteen section a bunch of things were in the wrong boxes and I got sold one that claimed to be surplus but once I brought it back home I found out it was a repro by miltec. I look forward to coming back in July once they have more surplus but right now all they have is airsoft stuff. For the time being just use Varusteleka instead. Also their first aid section kinda sucked
This place isn't what it used to be. All new employees. The gear is Cheap Rothco for most of their merchandise it appears. Some good stuff still if you know what to look for. Very little actual milsurp. I used to come here all the time as my go to spot for gear but today's incident left me angry and confused. In a nutshell they challenged my perfectly good return that was within their policy and gave off hand question/comments. Once I did an exchange I paid extra to upgrade to a more expensive item they said I couldn't return the new item and wrote it on the receipt then tried to tell me the brand was excellent(which is bottom tier) and then gave me a receipt after I complained about them breaking their own return policy. They then stated they wouldn't change it in favor of the customer. AFTER I paid the difference I saw they gave me a receipt for the difference I paid meaning if I DID need to return my item I would have gotten less than 10% of my investment. They then tried to give me seven dollars in the return process instead of my $87 total. In the end all was made legally correct (except the bad feeling in my gut) but I will not be doing business again with Andy and Bax, poor treatment, poor quality gear, poor management (who was half the problem).
