First time at this Dealership, walked all around the parking lot and inside the showroom and not one person came to wait on us or even speak to us. There was a man sitting eating at his desk and watched us walk around and didn't even acknowledge us. I would walk before I bought a car here.

We believe it may have to do with the parts delay(s) since your major repair was covered by your extended service contract? When we picked up the vehicle after the "repair" it still had the warning lights on the dash and when I addressed it with the lone tech still there he said it was after service hours and to contact my service rep in the morning I left several voice messages for the rep and was never called back. When we had a code reader plugged in it was still the same codes we took it in for and a new TPMS error and Finally was told by a rep over the phone to just clear the errors and then drive the vehicle around at 45 miles per hour for 30 minutes to get rid if the TPMS light as it will go away on it's own. Yeah right, I even stopped in to talk to someone face to face about the TPMS error and was told make an appointment in a week or two we can't talk to you. Plus during the whole process when we called the tech for updates he claimed to have called the numbers associated with our account and left messages, no call or messages were left. I didn't have a problem with the parts being delayed it was the lack of communication and the lies of oh we called you and left a message.
