Bought 40 pot lights from them and 2 were broken. Sent an email and the respond was that These products have been on site for almost 4 weeks and look like they have been stored without boxes. All of our fittings are quality checked in the factory and before sending, so I am concerned the damage has in fact been done on site. So, basically theyve assumed that and in indirect way calling me a liar. The spot lights were 18 each. This is unprofessional. Why would I do that. Yes weve taken the spotlights out of the box to put them in the ceiling but we found out that the silver bit is broken hence I sent the email and the electrician just started working on the spotlights. Your product was sent broken from inside not from the site. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life
Phoned to see if they sold starter for flourecent tubes . The man that answered the phone was not interested . Say almost verging on rude . Not recommended .
Good afternoon Mohammed, Thank you for the feedback. I understand it is frustrating that you were unable to return your bespoke items, however this is stated in our 'Delivery & Returns' section on our website. As a company, our LED strips and Neon Flex are bought on large rolls to avoid wastage, therefore each LED which is cut down to your size is project specific and therefore classed as bespoke and non returnable. The end caps and soldered ends are done in house to comply with our 5 year (indoor) and 3 year (outdoor) warranty. If this is something that is done on site - we wouldn't be able to offer this. As a goodwill gesture, we offered a return with a restocking charge. It is unlikely we would ever be able to sell this strip again, so we do need to be able to try and recover some of our costs whilst also trying to provide you with the best solution. Beware, They do not exchange or refund your order. I ordered the wrong product and ask for an exchange they said no. They said it was cut from a reel and i will have to buy a new led strip. None of these were stated on the description or anywhere to be frank. The guy couldn't point out where it says no refund or exchange if cut from a reel. My delivery arrived late which i had to chase up twice because they did not dispatch it on time. They soldered the connectors when i didn't ask them to. If i did cut the strip i won't have any caps or silicone to fix it. Then after arguing with the guy he says he will give 60% of the money back and they will keep 40%. I respect the fact that i ordered the wrong product but not being able to support me with the issue is ridiculous. All i wanted was a exchange. Its a shame as i wanted to put a large order if the right led strip fitted.
