I moved in here on the 16th of this month, just a little over a week ago. We could not see our apartment when before we moved in, because it wouldn't be ready until the day we moved in. But, come that day the place still wasn't clean and ready. When I move into an apartment, I expect for everything to work and for it to already be clean. I couldn't walk from the living room to the bathroom without my feet getting pitch black! This place is disgusting. Our oven was broke from the get go, and I moved in on a Friday, so they wouldn't get to it until Monday, which okay I understand, but then i didn't get another oven for 3 damn days!! Also, I had to wait that same weekend plus 3 days to get another key, they only gave us one key, when there are 2 of us, AND I have a 4 month old daughter, I couldn't leave my house while my hubby was at work because I didn't want anyone to steal my stuff, and if something happened to my daughter, I would have to risk that the people here would break in and rob me. Let's not forget the roaches, they were so big it was ridiculous!! I don't want those things climbing on my daughter, or me at night! Who would.?! And the in and out of people at night, that don't even live here. There are cars that will sit in front of the gate until someone comes and opens it. DON'T move here! For your own good!

Do a end of lease walk thru with a representative from the office. take plenty of video and photos. Place was ghetto as well as the leasing office girl with glasses a tattoos, all she does is play music videos on full screen in the office. Moved in the apartment was filthy and funky clumps of dirt in the corners and the patio blinds were falling apart I could not believe the size of the cockroaches they sounded like rats in your apartment at night I swear they were mutants.

The SeventyTwo 27 team is one of the best in Austin. I have lived all over and have worked with many and this is a top of the line team. The property manager and leasing agent is just outstanding. They are caring and empathic to all people. They provide amazing customer service by making sure my calls are answered and no maintenance issue is overlooked. This team truly cares about their residents. If I could write their corporate office and let them know that they need raises I would! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing affordable apartment in Austin.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristine and Cecilia in the leasing office. Its clear they care so much about their residents and making sure everyone and every concern is addressed quickly and effectively! This property is affordable, in a great location, and so easy to work with! Highly recommend!!
