do not go to this place, it is pity The staff is horrible from the lady that cuts the glasses to the supposed manager, the doctor very good but when he is not treated you like a garbage man and we are in brickell, we pay so we deserve to be treated well

Office staff doesnt get back to you regarding your order. Unprofessional follow up after numerous phone calls and emails and no response. One staff accuses the other about not getting back to me. Waited two full months for my order for them to say sorry we forgot to call you. Unreal

So happy I came to Eyes on Brickell. They were extremely helpful and patient. The staff is great and they have a great selection of eyeglasses. I loved how they explained all the pricing options with me and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Overall my visit to Eyes on Brickell was excellent! Dr. Copty is amazing, respectful and really nice with new patients. Alejandra did my eyes exams, and she was very helpful during the process. At the front desk, Sammy was also very welcoming, attentive and nice. Highly recommend Eyes on Brickell!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had as a patient. I made my appointment with Dr. Copty for 4:30pm, which was confirmed via email. The office texted me at noon the day of my appointment with an earlier time, which I was unable to accommodate in my schedule on such short notice. 35 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, the receptionist called me to ask where I was, and then told me that the doctor was leaving at 4:30. I informed her that my appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 4:30, and she told me that they had texted me about an earlier time (which I had never confirmed and unfortunately don't have the luxury of looking at my text messages all day). She said that Dr. Copty wouldn't see me at my scheduled appointment time and I could come back tomorrow or next week. I again reiterated that my appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 4:30pm, and she unapologetically stated that I would not be seen. I am baffled that this office cancelled my appointment on extremely short notice for absolutely no reason while I had already taken time out of my hectic schedule to show up to my scheduled appointment on time. The staff was unaccommodating and completely unapologetic. I will never again make an appointment with this office. I will establishing my care with a more patient-centered facility that respects my time as I respect theirs.
