Went to a free small business event and found it very informative and helpful. I followed up with a staff member regarding setting up a free consultation meeting to help me with my business. After providing more information about my business and my areas of need via email, I was ghosted and never heard back from that staff member again. I followed up multiple times regarding my appointment but I never got a response.
