TL;DR: Don't trust that they will honor their repair guarantee. We bought a nice "blast" wallet from them a few years ago. After a while the strap fell off. We asked them to repair it and they claimed that it was "unrepairable" and instead sent us a free blast that was in stock instead. It was UGLY, so I can only assume that they sent it because it wouldn't sell so they saved themselves the 30 minutes it would have taken to repair it. I ended up ordering a replacement strap ($24 including shipping) from them because they sell them as an add-on now (it used to be attached in the old model) and took it to a local leather worker would repaired it for $15 in labor.

Was one of just two people in the store. The other woman was spoken to the entire time, given lots of information, told about custom ordering, and given a color swatch. Not one word was said to me. No effort at all to acknowledge my presence. So, alrighty, me and my money left.
