You have called our Tech Support Hot Line on Monday morning asking for a job opening. We are technical support company. Monday is our busiest day as our retail store owners call us for our help for their issues to be fixed ASAP. We do not hire over the phone. We put our customers support for Top priority as they are the reason for our existence. We had very busy morning helping our customers. I am sorry that phone got hung up accidently. I do not believe she did intentionally to make you upset but trying to re-route many incoming calls that needs our help. Because of this reason, We have clearly posted "No Phone Calls Please for resumes" at EVERY job postings. All of our applicants read the postings and send their resumes to our general email account. We apologize for the negative impression on this case. We admit that we obviously did not perform a good job communicating with you for the changes made by the software providers recently. Over the last few years, a lot of changes have been made in the area of POS technologies including acquisitions and merges between POS software companies and credit card processors. Due to the changes in the ownership of the solutions by acquisitions, many version upgrades as well as price changes have been released by the software providers. As the EMV chip technology was still new in restaurant POS industry, the timing of your last upgrade and the version availability for chip card processing for each processing companies may have caused this negative impression of our practise toward your business. Over the last 20 years of successful business with hundreds of fully satisfied customers, we never received a negative review on a case like this. It brought us a moment to think about what we did and what we should have done in order to serve you better. Regardless of the causes, we will take the full responsibility on this incident and try to learn a good lesson from it. Again, we sincerely apologize for the unintended negative impression on our practise. Please let us know if there is anything we can do in order to gain your trust back.

We upgraded from 2010 version that we purchased through POS Unlimited in 2010. The cost of the upgrade was not cheap. When we were notified that we had to have the chip reader we called them and they told us it would cost more now to upgrade. We asked why we werent told about this upgrade when we purchased the the new software and was told that it wasnt their responsibility to tell us that because we should have known. It has only been 6 months since we upgraded and now it will cost more money. We trusted them to help us and we have gotten help as long as it costs us more money. I do not recommend anyone use them. They are a terrible example of a business. We are upgrading to a different pos system now that is up to date and looks respectful of a business. I urge anyone who decides to give them a try to fully investigate other options.

I have been using POS Unlimited for all POS solutions for over ten years. I have to say, out of all the services we have inquired, POS Unlimited has been more than exceptional in service and their new RMH system is beyond anything we could have imagined. Jerry assisted us with the installation and he is very thorough with teaching and is very knowledgeable about his product. If you are in need of a retail management software system, look no further as this is the complete package! Never will I turn to look at any other system. For the bad reviews, not sure where the negative comments arose as if you clearly understand what is being provided by POS Unlimited, there has been no confusion in pricing or what is needed. If you are willing to learn and are always improving your business, there is no better system for retail management. 10/10 service and product. You wont find any other company more dedicated and knowledgeable than POS Unlimited.

RMH is a great POS system for beauty supply stores. And POSUNLIMITED is the perfect tech-support team for it. They do know what they are selling it (unlike other sellers that I talked with), and they do have full ability for support their clients. Specially they were always friendly, even I gave them a ton of questions in a day. I really love their real time remote tech support system. It helps me a lot easier to understand their explanation.
