Hi Frida, eyebrow lifting can occur depending on the products you are using. Sometimes products can contain actives or other exfoliants you may not be aware of which I discussed with you before your wax, perhaps something you've used with in the past two weeks that wasn't mentioned. Other causes for wax lifting could be wax too warm (I always check before, and every time I will apply wax on my inner arm before each and every wax), wax is also kept at the lowest temp, so I know it wasn't that. I also never apply wax to the same area twice, only exception would be hard wax which is gentle and okay to apply after soft wax. Other explanation could be dry skin. I did mention the lift to you before you left and even showed you where, and recommended you apply aloe vera. Lifting was very minimal and will heal in 2-3 days. Service was great, loved the environment and customer service. Eyebrow shape turned out perfect but my skin did lift and I didn’t notice it until 1 day later :(

This has been my policy in place since I have opened. This is what works best for me and my business and I understand it may not be everyones preference. I ask that you please remove your review since your review is false stating it isn’t mentioned anywhere, and since you have never been serviced here.

Hi Ariana Guel, I understand you are giving this one star because you missed your 10am appointment this morning, and lost your non refundable deposit that went towards that service (as mentioned when booking and listed on website under policies) Deposits are put in place to protect my business in the event of no shows (as time and products are wasted if you do not show up) and all products along with single use disposable products were ready and in place for your 10 am appointment. You never showed up as shown on our cameras, and I waited patiently for you until the ten minute late grace period (which is also mentioned when booking and on website under policies) Im not sure why you are giving a one star when all policies are listed on the website. I was here ready for you at exactly 10 am and specifically blocked off for you and you did not show up.
