Im so Sorry you feel that way but you are lying we have the receipt of those tires we dont treat our customers like that,we rebalance the tires and offer you to came back Monday to resolve the problem but you prefer write all this before talk like normal people .... Yes thats what you are a liar how u gonna say we put used and different brand off tires wen we put 4 brand new tatko tires but never mind this is the last time That I will respond your insults I know the type of person you are .....

If I can rate zero stars I would. I went years ago to this place to get new tires. Once I left I felt shaking of my car like it was going to breakdown. I called them immediately and told me to come in the following Monday to check them out. I already suspected something was off and these tires were actually not new at all. They blamed it on my car and after being so demeaning I still gave them the opportunity to fix it. Fast forward to last week, my friend needed new tires and because I still believe in second chances and supporting small business I recommend them to her. Guess what! Same dam experience. They took advantage of her, her whole car shooked! They told her to get an alignment and she did. And the car still drove like crazy. She called and got the same abusive demeaning attitude to the point that she was scared to even go alone. She took it an actually reputable tire shop where they informed her that the tires where definitely not new and the weights used to balance the tires where also used and all different. They still dont take any responsibility. Please do not put your life in danger and avoid these people at all cost. I will be reporting them as well, because after reviewing their reviews its obvious this is a trend and they are unprofessional. They rather risk people lifes for the money. Ps: as per your response, you say you dont treat customers like that but in the same sentence you called me a liar. You guys are pathetic. What is the coincidence that not only me but the other negative reviews are all lying then. Cmon get a grip and own up to it. I have endless proof that I fact you are the liar, your company takes advantage of vulnerability and as I mention I will be reporting you.

Pick another shop to go to! I called in regards to a tire and he agreed that he had it in stock. I told him that I live in ruskin and we both agreed that if I make it by 4 or 4:15pm he would be able to get it installed as it's showing wire! So I get there exactly at 4 and he's closed. Screw this shop, I wouldn't have my worst enemy choose this place.
