purchased a used vehicle, you would think a dealership like this would do their so called world class inspections. after taking it back twice the vehicle continues leak oil. terrible experience but they are quick to collect monies and persist veteran plates cannot be transferred, although weve done multiple times with Sewell and Audi west.

Not a good experience. We gave them two chances but after we purchased our BMW we had to take it back twice because it was leaking oil. The second time they kept the car for a week claiming they needed a part. It was NOT fixed. They claimed they could not transfer my husbands Veteran plate - even though we had transferred it before. They claim World class inspection They also claim great service but a free cup of coffee doesnt make up for having to drive into downtown 4 times for this issue. They were not honest about the service and quality of the car.

I have purchased cars before and loved the car but HATED the buying experience. This was NOT one of those times! I recently purchased a new CPO BMW. My saleswoman was Malai Sylasak with the added partnership of her manager Syed Jaffery. Malai is an incredible saleswoman. I never felt pressured (which has always been my initial expectation). She had the car washed and cleaned and the keys in hand when I arrived. She was open and honest. The vehicle I was considering was one of three vehicles I was thinking of purchasing. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the BMW from Advantage BMW Midtown and Malai because I loved the car, the service, the transparency, the willingness to work with me and of course the fair price coupled with high value! By far the best experience I have ever had getting my BMW serviced. I was dreading going in and Eduardo made my experience extremely smooth and easy. While my car was being serviced they got me an Alto ride home as well as a return Alto ride back to the service center when my car was ready. I received text update videos of each step of my service process that made the experience extremely easy to understand exactly what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. The entire process was so smooth and really helpful, I can't say enough about every single person I dealt with at the service center, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will only be going back here to get my BMW serviced, highly highly recommend!!
Mr. Haba, The cancellation has been submitted to the warranty company. They will reimburse your lienholder directly. I have reached out to them this morning to follow up with status. It does take a couple weeks to process and mail a check, then your bank may take a couple weeks to process it and post to your account. Purchased an extended maintenance contract when I purchased my vehicle on 10/13/2921. Decided to cancel, hand delivered my cancellation on January 17, 2022. Requested finance to sign my cancellation which I have a copy. Receptionist had me fill out a Group 1 Automotive cancellation form. I have since been trying to get the status of the refund. General Manager and two finance employees refuse to give me any update on the refund. Have many emails that have gone unanswered as well as calls and voicemails. Its now been 5 weeks and no refund. Left on-line reviews stating the same, general manager writes back call me and Ill work it out. Thats a joke as he doesnt call back. Will update. Not sure why it is so hard to give refund update or just refund the premium.
