On Tuesday10 May I took my H Jazz into Honda Letchworth because the tyre pressure warning light was on. I was told the left front tyre valve was leaking and I would need a GPS valve costing 198 valve which would have to be ordered with a booking for Friday 13 May. The warning light was still on when I left Honda. On Weds morning the tyre was flat so I took it to the local Quick Fit who fixed it! The warning light had disappeared. On Thursday 8.30 I rang Honda Letchworth to cancel the GPS valve and booking. Value for money? to. inform them that

Having purchased a used petrol Mazda CX-5 from a dealer in Essex 5 weeks ago which was a big mistake on my part as previously owned a Honda CRV diesel & there is no comparison between the two vehicles , I decided to go back to a Honda CRV Petrol ,I wanted a Black car & there werent many EX automatics for sale , I saw Norton Way had a couple for sale , I contacted them spoke to Mark Meredith asked him for a cost to change & arranged to travel there from the South coast approx 270 mile round trip to view the cars , we had a bit of a negotiation & struck a deal , I collected the car on the 3rd March the car was immaculately prepared exactly as promised. The personal service I received from Mark was first class & would have no hesitation to recommend Norton Way as the place to go when you want to change your car .

Car sales - The staff was friendly but my experience was ruined by a rude and arrogant general manager/sales manager as he tried to rip me off on my part exchange evaluation. Car I purchased had a tear in the seat which wasn't shown in the images and wasn't declared when asking about the condition of the interior. When complaining about the service, the general manager/sales manager laughed down the phone and was condenceding in conversation. Worst experience ever!!
