Very knowledgeable,very helpful.tries to help you whether you are a beginner,a pro,or someone in between. He tries to help you stay with in your budget and help to get what you need for your specific situation.like your on a league but it's for fun your not trying to become professional but you at least have bowled enough to know what your doing.He doesn't try to over sell to you.He will order what you want. He gives good advice and pointers. Duper friendly.
