You guys need to learn how to answer a phone. All the times Ive gone and you barely have patients so I dont understand why the last 3 times Ive called no one answers. Im just trying to schedule my 2nd covid shot, otherwise I wouldnt waste my time here more than I have to.

Expected much better from a school that exclusively provides graduate education. Worst administration I have dealt with. They added an over a hundred dollars to everyone's bill at the last moment so it wasn't covered by anyone's financial aid and everyone had to pay out of pocket. Received an F because my professor said my final paper was not submitted in an online class. Despite solid and clear documents showing the paper was completed and sent by the due date that was not disputed, the professor and department chair did not care. And much more poor behavior than can not be explained here.

1. They forgot to give me my flu shot last appointment despite specifically requesting it 2. They forgot to give me a list of therapists that cover my insurance 3. My doctor insisted my Nexplanon is not the cause of my increased depression, claiming because my depression got worse after the implantation rather than at the same time it was just put in. Dont think thats how hormones work but ok. Really wanted to ask her if shes had it herself. 4. Ive been prescribed anti anxiety medicine solely based off of a 5 questionnaire. Theyve NEVER given me a referral to someone who can give me an official diagnosis. My last appointment, they prescribed me a new medicine with 80mg more a dosage than my last one. They didnt even tell me the side effects Id experience while switching medicines, and it was awful. I dont know where else to express my concerns with all of this. But I do know I will be seeking a new doctor ASAP.
