I left work to make the 2pm appt and they never showed up! Never answered my calls and never returned my call... not only did they make me miss work but they lost out on a 40 thousand dollar job! Maybe they need better office staff to help them keep their appointments

Avco Construction & Foundation came out to my home shortly after I moved in. They did a complete survey of the situation of my property to check for areas of concern. They installed piers in 3 areas as they did not feel the entire house needed attention. They came back again a couple of years later, at my request, to check to see if there was any movement since the installation of the piers and it was 1/4" which is totally normal. As a single female, this was very comforting to know they took time to make sure all was good with my home. I was recently relocated to California and needed to sell my home and, once again, Avco took care of me. They dug through their records to find a copy of the diagram of piers for the potential home buyer & provided the information to satisfy the new home buyer. I can honestly say they have taken care of me anytime I needed them.

Larry came out due to some concerns I had with the foundation of my house. He a thoroughly reviewed my concerns, took measurements of the house, and went under the house. He recommended that I not do any work to the foundation, and instead work on landscaping. I very much appreciate his honesty, and recommend that he be called with any foundation issues.

I had some concerns about the foundation and Larry came over to my house to inspect it for me. Before he had come over, I had other people inspect the foundation and they had all suggested that I did something about very minor problems for a lot of money. However, when I spoke to Larry, he not only said the issue wasnt something to worry about, but also informed me on ways to avoid issues becoming a problem and also taught me some things to help me work on my house effectively and within my budget. I am very grateful for his help and his knowledge.

AVCO has been a great company to work with. They did some stabilization and concrete work on my covered patio and did a great job. The work crew took pride in their work, respected my property, and did well to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend this company for projects related to foundation repair.
