While I'm not close enought to visit the shop so cant comment on that aspect of the business all I can say is the website seems very outdated and many functions like the basic search box not working. Finding the part I need can be very time consuming and is not easy, while the websites seems not to be optimised for mobile browsers as it seems the top info bar takes up 1/3 of the page screen and can not be minimised making again searching for item need much harder. Based on web sales alone I wont be shopping here till a better system is in place.
Daniel, we were perfectly happy to return the shocks for warranty inspection, but in our opinion and TerraFirma's initial telephone opinion they had failed through incorrect fitting, that is not tightening fixings sufficiently, rather than through any fault with them. Consequently we asked you to pay for a replacement pair until the 'faulty' shocks were inspected. You declined this offer and replaced the shocks with the free replacement fittings supplied by us. We also loaned you a tool to refit shocks, this you subsequently broke and left in the road before driving off. We do not feel that you were hard done by.

Always very helpful, if they haven't got it in stock they will get it for the next day if possible
