We went in last month. The sales people stood around yapping. We asked to try on some items bought, without their help. We needed an item altered and they forgot about it and we had to call. 2 weeks later we got the item but the alternation wasn't done. Not a fun experience.

Excellent quality denim with amazing fits. I ended up going home with a really nice linen shirt as well. The girls working there were helpful and attentive. This was my favorite clothing store I hit shopping around the fillmore.

I just went into the store on Black Friday. I went in to try on a pair of boots. I wasnt greeted or helped. In fact, the sales associate, a young girl, was standing on her phone with such a sour face. I took it upon myself to take the shoes I wanted to try off the display and try them on. She clearly saw I needed help, but I wasnt offered help. After trying on the shoes by helping myself, they didnt work out. Instead of asking if I needed a different size she simply said are you done with these? To put it simply, this chick was a major b****. I am appalled at how poor the customer service was, or should I say the complete lack of customer service. A simple hello and can I help you wouldve sufficed. Glad I didnt give this chick a sale.
