Still waiting on an order placed July 21st. Our football season will be over and I have been unable to show my team pride with the shirt and hat I ordered. We were told various versions of why we still dont have it but the point is its been 8 + weeks!

Not one to leave a negative review and love to support small family owned businesses, however my experience with Customwear USA has been terrible. I was excited to do business with them as I have seen the great reviews online and have heard by word of mouth how good they were. After reaching out to them via email, Instagram, and Facebook, it took 4 days for a response. I explained that I needed a small order of jerseys for my teams tournament on July 31st. I asked to have them done by the 28th just to be safe. They said it would be no problem so I paid up front. I expected a proof or rough draft of what the shirts would look like but hadn't received one so I emailed to check on the progress after a couple weeks and got a reply back saying "we are working on them." Then on the 27th (the day before they were supposed to be completed) i get an email with a proof stating "we are running a little late in production. You will get these on Monday." I explained again that I needed them for a tournament that Saturday and couldn't wait until Monday. I even offered to meet up Saturday morning if need be to ensure my order was done in time but the only response I got was "yessir" and the communication ceased after that. There are plenty of screen printing options out there. Please don't make the mistake of using this company. The customer service is some of the most unprofessional I've experienced. I know it was a small order amongst some of their bigger orders, but they have already been paid and here it is the day of the tournament and I have no jerseys. Update 10/16: As you can see I was promised a full refund. Never received anything and they stopped responding to emails inquiring about the refund. Also the shirts were very low quality and run extra extra small.
