We placed a large order of t-shirts for employees as part of a business conference, but at least 20 of those shirts never arrived. We also experienced signifcant challenges with communication when this delivery/shipping issue arose. Nearly a year later, and I still do not have some of the merchandise I paid for. The owners did attempt to resolve the issue at first, but ultimately it was not resolved and I have stopped receiving communication from them.
