A: Your facts about our warranty policy in the video are absolutely correct, but you failed to highlight one small detail. We let you know that we understood that you were upset and also offered to compensate you for a repair job on the bag first before mentioning that we cannot send a replacement. Your initial tone itself was extremely rude and bashing. Just as you expect courtesy, so do we. You have several other bags from us. You've mentioned that you've had no issues with those styles. Yet your review is generalized to our entire brand. How is that fair? I was in no way trying to bully you into not sharing your experience with your followers. You've shared it all over the web and I thank you for it! B: While flattering, you comparing our brand to Coach or MK in itself explains that you haven't quite understood our ethos here. We are sweatshop free. We are a small woman owned business. We pay fair wages to the artisans I personally visit and work with every year. We give back a percentage of our earnings to animal-welfare charities. Our margins are extremely minimal. This does not allow us to compete with mainstream luxury brands guarantee and service offerings. We are transparent in our operations. The luxury we claim here is not the same as the definition of luxury offered by these brands. We call our bags luxury because we think luxury needs to be redefined in the world we live in today. Our brand is an effort to do exactly that By using curelty-free materials, connecting buyers with the faces of people that actually make their products, we are redefining luxury. Our bags are handmade by artisans. If something falls apart after 15 months, all we can do if offer a repair. Which we did. Since your purchase 15 months ago, this style has undergone several revisions. C: You mentioned online reviews. We also have over 500 5 star reviews on our site as well of happy customers. These are all verified buyers. The single review that was listed with the BBB that was taken down was because this customer received a refund and still chose to write negatively. While customers are always right, business owners also have the right explain and be heard. We are not out there to sabotage our reputation that we have so loving built with hard-work, blood and sweat over a decade. I'm happy to hop on a call with you to discuss this personally. I experienced bad customer service with Gunas. I bought a Gunas Naomi bag. It's beautiful. I rotate my bags so that they're treated gently and last a long time. After owning this bag for 15 months (but not carrying it daily because I'm rotating between at least 5 different bags), the clasp ripped. In my opinion, as well as in the professional opinion of a seamstress, there is no interfacing around the button clasp so the wear and tear of opening it caused it to rip. It's a design flaw. Other people have had this SAME problem with different bags, which makes my opinion that it's a manufacturing issue with the brand. Gunas claims that they make their bags from 'superior vegan materials in comparison to other vegan brands' yet their bags rip and fall apart! When I contacted the company about this issue I was told that it's outside of the 90 day warranty and that they don't expect their bags to last longer than a year. This is a LUXURY handbag, not fast fashion. I bought a LUXURY bag because I expected it to last several years. Their customer service then said I was trying to bad mouth their business by telling people what happened to my bag. They tried to bully me into staying silent. I will not buy from them again. They have terrible customer service and their items are not luxury.

Cheap material. Terrible customer service. Wore the bag once and the zipperpull broke. Contact them to get a zipper replacement and was told I should get the replacement by myself. Considering the price you paid for the bags I was expecting more. Never buying from them again.

My shipment is lost for 6 months and the shipper don't recognize the tracking number humans provided me and this **** company provide no support with their **** customer service. Below is their response Hello, You provided the wrong shipping address during checkout. We shipped the bag. We also told you to request your recipient to call their local post office multiple times. Since she is the receiver only she can update the address. Now our package is lost and has not been returned by the USPS. We cannot process a refund till the product is returned to us. If a wrong shipping address is provided during checkout we are not liable for the loss of the package. Thank you
