Terrible customer service, called several times over the past 2 1/2 weeks because no one would call me back, I then had to explain what I needed every time. I was told I would get a call back or a quote and would have to call them back. The last time I was told I was going to get a quote 2 days ago nothing...I give up! I would never try to use this company ever again.

After giving this company several attempts to make things right I have decided to finally not make any future orders with them they have the worst customer service! Every time I have contacted them they have lied about every date. After committing to doing the project at the last minute decided that they said they could not purchase the shirts we had purchased before. I agreed to do something less than what I wanted since Ive already paid half up front, only for them to tell me that once I had the shirts that I purchased they would print for a fee. Today I called and to schedule since they have the file already and they said they would not handle anymore. Do not trust them with your order, they said 2 days and it turned into 20 days and me calling them and texting them several times. They quoted me a price and it is what I paid and he told me that he lost in the last order, this was all lies since he actually gave me the price and I paid. I was shock and explained that he is mistaken me but realized that it is just another lie. So I decided I was done with them and will move on and set up my files somewhere else. So unprofessional!

Took 3 days for us to figure out what style shirts we wanted , color and how many we were going to get ! Nic and Shawn both were super helpful and patient with us. They were knownledgeable on shirts, when we weren't. We had an ideal of what shirts we wanted and they pointed us in the right direction. Very professional , great prices, respectful and approachable. Highly recommended!!!! We will be for sure life time customers!! Thank you Nic and Shawn from Panda Wellness Center !

They told us they don't screen print on anything other than tee shirts. The office door was closed so we had to enter through the warehouse and ask one of the workers, who then had to find someone else to answer our inquiry.
