Had a really hard time with the customer service and then getting the product right the first time so I thought I would give it another try because the lady swore that it was just a fluke and things would be better than next timehowever here I am right before Christmas trying to find a place to do t-shirts for me because once again she failed at doing what she said she would be able to do. Would not recommend both times have been stressful.

Used them before but was completely blown off this time so Im updating my previous 5 star rating. Its been 3 months since I put in my order. No follow up, nothing. Im a business man myself. Customer service and satisfaction is key. They did do really nice work for me previously and completed the work in a timely manner. Ive been very patient this time, considering I was told that the proofs for my company shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and jackets would be emailed 3 months ago. Ive reached out via phone (left a voicemail) and via email a month and a half ago regarding the proofs and have yet to receive a response. Its our busy season is no excuse to just disregard and blow off a prior customer. Nice people who run the place but Im taking my business elsewhere because my company needed uniforms 3 months ago and can no longer wait, especially with the lack of communication, so Im assuming they do not need my business. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I shouldnt have to beg anyone to take my business.

Talk about superior customer service! I went in at the last minute because my T-shirt company could not come through with a last minute order. They surpassed my expectations and although I have not received the shirts yet I can imagine that they are going to be great! I will send another follow up once I received my product.

Bianca, we are so sorry! We never received your email and from the text you sent, the email address was accidentally entered incorrectly. We sent a text reply asking for artwork so we could give you an accurate price but never heard back either and I didn't want to bother you yesteday on the Easter holiday. I should have called you today to follow up in person and I apologize we did not. If we can be of assistance please let us know. We always try to respond as quickly as possible.
