I recently went through I will buy house to sell. We had a signed Purchase and Sale with a contingency that the house must appraise via BPO for a certain amount. 2 agent's came out to the property and I asked during their visit if the house would meet that contingency. Both said it would more than meet it. Viktor then came out to visit the property. He stated that they could not honor their purchase and sale because the BPO's came in below the contingency amount. That was a lie. After he left, I called one of the agents and asked what the house appraised at and he said while he could not disclose that information, he knew what price we had to meet and that we were more than okay. I do not recommend this company.

Called me unsolicited, multiple times about selling my condo to them, despite the fact I am on the Do Not Call registry. Then they showed up at my condo building one night at 10:30pm, uninvited, and told one of my neighbors I was selling, even though my condo isnt on the market and I never made an agreement to sell to them! They made a cash offer to me, despite me telling them the condo was not in habitable condition, and finally withdrew the offer on the basis that it was not in habitable condition - like I told them in the very beginning.

I loved this house for 27 years and raised my 4 children and 25 foster kids that came and went! We bought it new, especially loved the custom bookcases that my father built for me, filled them all with books! We hated to leave my bookcases and donated all my books to Friends of the Library in Silverdale. We downsized and I miss the huge pantry most! I Will Buy House made us an offer before we listed it or fixed it up to sell, and they gave us as much time as we needed to move, they were helpful and let us leave whatever we couldnt move or get rid of. Thank you Gabby for all your help! We got what we wanted for the house without all the trouble of fixing it up. We highly recommend considering selling to I Will Buy House!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Having that said this company is a rip off they gave me a very low quoted price for my house. I'm only hoping that people do thier research before selling thier home to a company like this one because they will take advantage of you if you let them. Luckily for me I did my research knowing the price they offered was far to low. Not only that but I've told them I do not wish to sell to this company and they continue to call and text me.... Selling your home is a big deal let alone the move but I WILL NOT BE PRESSURED TO SELL MY HOUSE.... Nor should anyone else. Very bad business. In Addition after I originally posted this Alex the manager text me to try and bribe me with a $20 gift card for Amazon to remove my 1 star rating for this company. No I will not change it or remove it my experience was what it was and people should know what to expect from this company. And your little apology your not sorry about my experience but only sorry of my review I gave
