Gone there twice and both times had horrible service. The eye dr is insensitive and unhelpful. Then today April 2018 get a bill in the mail from August 2017! Saying I owe money but why did they wait six months to send out a bill then?? Wont be coming back!!
I called before hand, and asked if they took my insurance and the receptionist said yes. I went for my scheduled appointment a few weeks later, and the examination went smoothly. After the examination, I went to the front to pay the receptionist, who was not welcoming at all. She told me they didn't take my insurance for frames, and to just pay the bill! I got the sense that she thought I was not good enough to be there. Nevertheless, I paid my bill, but I will not be returning, nor recommending this establishment anymore. I will also not promote this business to anyone who lives in San Antonio due to my negative experience.
My family has been going here for a couple of years and we have been very happy with Dr. Palomino and her staff. Very easy to get appointments and close to the house. She is also open on Saturdays which is very convenient.
Not a good experience I'm afraid, treated with rudeness the moment I walked in the door, the response when I told the sales person the name of my insurance plan was "that means nothing to me". Good luck folks, with customer service like you provide you're going to need it!
