This is coinciding with legal action. Our product is still in development and 18months behind completion. Aspects of the system and its functions are flawed. Clients are aware of this and now questioning the relatability of the system. David Porter keeps putting the work of new projects/new clients before my system already beyond contract delivery. David Porter strong armed me into agreeing additional fees for finishing the system. All aspects of which were already outlined in our business requirements document that was used to quote for the system. I agreed under protest because I couldnt even think about starting again with another developer at a crucial time when it was in use. The first member of his team built it in code that when he left, their new member of the team said was incorrect and therefore had to rebuild again. Their staff incompetence should not be at my expense. I am 21 months down the line. 15.5K has been paid and the system is flawed with features that remain outstanding. Surge will not release the Full access fTP so that I can ask another developer to finish it. They are holding my business back, they are bringing my business into disrepute and they have cost me 15.5K to date for this pleasure! Now they are holding my business to ransom for a further 3.5K even though its not complete and flawed. Also note: some of those positive reviews on here have been made by employees. How many other positive reviews are fake! Think twice!

I have never had such a bad experience with a company, I got pestered with cold calls; via an aggressive sales manner, I understand as a business owner to expect cold calls but I received 3 in one week from this company with pushy and derogative sales tactics

To David Porter and your amazing team I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how grateful I am for the work of your team, especially considering when we first began talking about a website. Lisa, Mark, Tyler and Sarah have all been outstanding in everything they have done to get our website to where it is now. Rude reperentatives that just wander around your building without invite. When you are let into a building you wait in reception and dont then wander around every office in the building. Very unprofessional.
