I was drawn here by the ratings, but its not worth the service unless you want to constantly feel desperate and denied a loan. Didn't see anyone here trying to do anything to bring my credit score up for 2 months I was with them. Sometimes I tried reaching my loan officer for 3-4 weeks after getting a Pre-approval. He never replied emails or calls and showed up one day saying he didn't go anywhere without an apology. Customer is not first here, they come first. If you are a first time home buyer with credit less than 680, look elsewhere.

Andrew is a slimeball, a complete loser. I worked with him twice and the second time he really showed just how little he cares about clients or people in general. I've submitted a few direct complaints about his behavior.
