Not good at returning on follow ups, when pressed they lie about it. They don't want to do custom work.

Joe, we appreciate the review as were always trying to improve. Cannot learn from our mistakes unless we know about them. In reference to the spam comment, our emails go to spam all the time. The reason is because were sending attachments that are large and our name is (BS) so unfortunately it constantly gets flagged. Regardless I can see how that can come off to you. In reference to your 03 tee, Ill get that on reorder ASAP. Our bad! Keep all your limbs, youll need them for the baseball game. Talk soon. Justin

While I was at the counter placing my order, a local business owner came in to inquire about an order and was told a proof had been emailed to him but must have gone to spam. I continued with my order, providing as much detail as possible (pictures of my hand-written notes were taken with all details included). I payed in full and immediately received an emailed invoice/receipt, with promise that I would soon see a proof/mockup of my order. Eleven business days later I reached out by email to inquire about the status of my order and was told the proof was sent but must have gone to spam (familiar) and that essentially they needed half of the information to be printed on my shirts, all of which was provided on the day my order was placed. After picking up my order and taking it home (and this is on me) I find errors that I explicitly detailed against: "3" vs "03" on the back of a softball shirt. The physical work they did (aside from those massive clerical errors) is fine and the people I dealt with in person were nice enough. That being said, I'll saw off a limb before I go back. Way too much money to be told "must've gone to spam" and not take my specific directions on what I wanted. Edit: I don't know how to reply directly to your response. 3, 4 and 5 are all the same. I checked my spam folder daily and there was nothing (hence the entire first 2/3 of the review). Again, the shirts look great and you guys were very nice but it's pretty frustrating that I had to follow up and provide information that was 100% already provided. I do appreciate your response though. Thank you.

These guys are great. Been doing business with then for almost a year now. I can take a general design for a banner or whatever I need; them to work their magic. Have not been disappointed.
