Very slow service. I ordered a sim card, as a new USMobile customer, and was told it would arrive in 3 or 4 days. I considered that slow, but decided to live with it. After three days I checked the delivery schedule and found that it hadn't yet left Texas, so I contacted customer service and was told it was delayed because of Covid. I was then told they would send another sim card out and expedite delivery. They cancelled the first shipment. I'm now into the 8th day and still no sim card. When I contacted US Mobile last night I was told that it's FedEx's fault, that they have done all they could and to wait a couple more days. I hope this isn't a warning about what to expect from US Mobile.
My voicemail is in Spanish. I want English. No one I've talked to knows how to change it or reset the voicemail. Wth ? I've been in the phone for 4 hours. Battery is dying. Still no help. Apparently the flowchart doesn't address this problem.
I dont understand the negative reviews, the plans are very competitively priced (cheap), the app is simple and beautiful, customer service is always available and helpful, and I havent noticed a single difference in coverage or speed since switching from AT&T. 5/5 stars would recommend this provider to anyone. The only thing I would warn about, and this is in no way US Mobiles fault, is that if youre getting a new number instead of porting an existing one, you might get robocalls/spam from whoever had that number before you. I just turned on silence unknown callers in my phones settings and I quit getting spam calls after about 2 weeks and was able to turn that setting back off. Hope this helps!
Sounds like a great deal, but can't activate my account. Step 1. Even their on-line chat service is slow and unresponsive. Forget talking to a person...I was excited and ready to jump in, but I can't. They're not helping me.
