I thought Marin Subaru would take good care of my daughter. So she went in alone for an oil change 3 hours later they had not even started. She waited there and asked every hour how it was going. Sad seeing as we are a multi Subaru family. Thought they would treat a young new customer better. Update. I talked with the assistant manager and it sounds like there was a miscommunication and they are doing everything the can to mitigate the issue.
