I am sorry that Yosh was not satisfied with our customer service support. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service throughout the order process, from the initial inquiry through product delivery. As the owner, I frequently receive feedback from our clients that our customer service representatives are responsive, professional, and very helpful. We make every attempt to answer the phones within 2 3 rings so that our customers are not forwarded to voicemail. We also make every attempt to return a message within 4 6 hours and generally much earlier. I wanted to personally call or email Yung Yosh and address his concern. However, no one from my team has any record or recollection of speaking to a Yung Yosh. I have no idea where Yung obtained his cost of $10 for digitization. We often digitize the logos ourselves and when using 3rd party sources the price is greater than $10.00. Special software (an expense) is required when digitizing, reading, and editing logos. You also have the cost of a technician to read the file, edit where required, and run a sewout of the logo to ensure its quality. Wages in California are high and we provide medical benefits to all of our employees. We assume, as does the industry, that you will have a least one hour (often more) of employee(s) time invested to digitize and provide a sewout of one logo. Our cost to digitize is NOT a money maker and we are pleased if we recoup the investment cost. We understand the initial costs of custom embellishment may be high for small quantities and where possible, try to minimize these costs to our customers. We have been in business for over 30 years and review our production process on a regular basis to ensure quality and efficiency and are rates are competitive.

Horrible prices, they charge $75 to digitize a design when it costs around $10 for the same work from a third party. Theyre response times are horrible, youll have to call if you want a response to your email. Any small business will be flabbergasted by their prices for embroidery they tried to charge me under $20 for a 2 design. Be aware, horrible place

...hate to write this, but I feel that those in Petaluma need to know about Headgear Plus - the business we used to use for all our t-shirt, hat, sweats, etc..... Its just sad. We were a client for just under 10 years and have spent just over $20,000 with them....and in the spam of a week, they've lost our business. If you know anybody in Petaluma who either has used, will use or could use them, please pass along lest they be warned. There was no cause, concern or care for a longtime client on their part. The screens were mismanaged, the quotes were all over the board, the billing was wrong, at one point, we were gauged $150 for something that costs $10 (as stipulated on past invoices and work orders). In the end, the products weren't even right. Please understand, this isn't a case of sour grapes - they were great to work with for a good number of years. Sadly, the owner has seen high turnover due to his treatment of employees and longtime clients are feeling the effects. Please be warned - you'll be asked to pay insanely high set up charges, will have to triple check the order (and then triple check it again) and even then, they'll try to sneak something by you in the end. They used to be our "go to" for our organization...now they're watching us "go away"

Worked with HeadGear Plus for 3 or so years now and I must say that they are a pleasure to work with! They have provided our logo embroider on products that I have supplied which includes jackets, rain jackets, and hoodies. Easy to work with especially on re-orders, good pricing, good communication, good turn around time.

These folks are absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I brought them my favorite jacket (teal and velvet) for some embroidery work, and I couldnt be happier with the final product. They were extremely helpful in helping me select the right color, and after reviewing several choices, I asked for their suggestion and they recommended a hot pink. A little nervous at first on whether it would clash or not, but I went with their recommendation and Im so thrilled that I did. I love how the color pops, the stitching is absolutely beautiful and I get compliments all the time! I highly recommend them if you need some embroidery work done, Ill definitely be a return customer.
