Leatherette on the handlebar started coming off after 4 months. I was offered it to be repaired. 3 weeks later no information as to what is happening. I have to carry 10month old baby outside, no pushchair replacement offered.
Purchased the babystyle oyster 3 travel system from pushchairexpert in August. The plastic parts on the carrycot, seating unit and frame had marks on as if the plastic was stretched. Fast forward to October, I only now received a replacement carrycot which is even worse quality that the original part. Spoken with Pushchairexpert, apparently babystyle advised that this is normal which I find shocking to say the least as for the money and the fact its a new set, you would expect not expect any marks at all! If I only had the time left (baby due any day now) I would return the full set! Quite frankly, will not purchase from you again!

Thought I'd actually go out of my way to post a positive review based on my recent positive experience with the excellent Babystyle customer service team. Our pram was damaged by baggage handlers on a recent trip to Scotland and required the clips that retain the hood to be replaced. A quick phone call to the Babystyle customer care team saw a replacement set of clips sent out to me free of charge which arrived the next working day! Cant ask for more than that! The pram itself is great, we bought it new in sept 2020 to replace an iCandy Raspberry which we found to be too small and unsuitable for anything other than smooth pavements. The Oyster 3 is also far more flexible and folds up smaller. The ability to remove the wheels quickly and easily means it takes up minimal space when packed away in the car. Would recommend.
Worst purchase Ive made. After reading numerous reviews, I went with an Oyster 3 pram after seeing it winning many awards. Never again will I trust them. Ive had the pram 5 months. 3 of those months have been in lockdown, so the pram is practically brand new and has already been in for repairs. The brake sticks and the front wheels are always wobbling. Not to mention it doesnt glide over paths and you have to lift the pram up to get over even the smallest of ledges. My son is now in the stroller part and he hates it. He finds it incredibly uncomfortable and doesnt sit right in it. He cries until hes out of it. By far the worst purchase whilst I was pregnant. I wasted 1000 on this pram and I and my son hate it. Please avoid!
