As a long time customer,my husband and I have used this place as our go to guys for years.They had our credit card number on file.THATS OVER: We bought a steering rack from there special rebuilder they use and it dripped from day one. We replaced all associated lines,tank ect. at the time of install. We told them about the leak and agreed to give it a little time and see what happened. The car is stored for the winters and the next season ,Back comes the drip. After one of the boots finally gave up dumping fluid all over our garage ,we opened the rack and found a nick on the shaft including sand paper marks . We called Steve and told him about the problem. He couldn't have cared less. As it was out of warrantee ,The part had under 1200 miles on it. I thought they would at least have been concerned about the rebuilder,Proof in hand that there is a problem....Between IAN hanging up on my husband when he complained,Steve making it very clear we can go directly to hell. We moved on to several other suppliers who wanted our business. I strongly suggest you do the same.....They can't admit to being wrong.THE PART WAS DAMAGED WHEN REBUILT....

I have known of Ian and used his services for over 20 years. Just helped me locate a little part that is not sold separately from HVAC unit that costs about $1000 new. Guy wouldn't even charge me for it and shipped it same day! Man...who does that anymore? TOP NOTCH! Real value to Porsche 944 world.
