Don't live here! I lived there for 10 days but gave heads up due to my spouse being military and could move at anytime. Well I live in Hawaii and paid 3000.00 for 10 days! Train your damn employees correctly!

OK apartments for the price. Be prepared for strangers hanging around and the police showing up looking for drug dealers. The place has gone down hill. Facing south, you get all the noise from the street traffic including loud motorcycles, sirens and traffic from the new Panda Express. The grounds are now trashy with cigarette buts and dog poop. The gardening staff will blow debris into your patio if you are on the first floor. The gym is ok but find a local gym to go to if you want working equipment that won't fall apart. They replaced the original equipment with home gym equipment which is already starting to fall apart due to overuse. There is only one pool. It is tastefully set up however, there are many large families here and it's always crowded. Plus: Each apartment comes with a built in desk with a network drop so you can use LAN speeds instead of wifi speed connection. This is useful if you work from home. Do not live here. It is not safe.

During my apartment search, I had the pleasure of meeting Arianna over the phone. Mind you, This is my first time moving out and searching. Not only was she professional but she was so personable and put me at ease since I was nervous. Hi Neighbors, Im about a 5+ year resident at Ventura Vista Apartments. I wanted to take time to write a little review and commendation for the staff here at home. Whitney, our Manager, and Brenda at the front office are the friendliest, most helpful professionals Ive ever met. Always smiling, courteous, outgoing and accommodating. I make a point of dropping in to say hi when Im over near the office and I enjoy the coffee. Whitney does a tremendous job of overseeing all the myriad operations of the complex and I often see her in her golf cart out and about as she shows apartments or supervises some aspect of maintenance. Her crew obviously loves and respects her - there are smiles and waves all around. How does she remember all of OUR names?! All in all, living here at Ventura Vista has been a pleasant, quiet and secure experience with kind and pleasant neighbors and a courteous and helpful staff. YOU should join us and live here too - I am sure glad I made that decision!

Do not live here. Management does not do their job. My neighbors regularly have noisy parties lasting til 4 or 5 am, and complaints to management don't even get an email back. Edit: They finally addressed my complaint but only after my complaint on a public forum. I'm happy the issue is resolved but would've been happier if they responded to my complaints 5 months ago.
