Dan, I am sorry you feel this way, we don't want anyone to have a negative experience here at BBT. And I do apologize for the lateness of this reply as we did have to look into the matter further, as I had explained to you. This was over 6 months ago, and getting phone records, etc took forever. What I do not appreciate, nor do I feel is acceptable, is to call out someone by name so publicly, and attack their character when we have laid out the emails of some of the interactions you speak of as being exactly as we described. You failed to acknowledge anything on your part each time we presented you with facts that did not support your narrative. But to attack Jen, who is an absolutely amazing human with integrity, honesty, tenacity, and work ethic as Ive never seen; is something I will not stand for. We, as a company, did drop the ball in some aspects of this order. And for our part, I sincerely apologize. There were issues beyond our control, but there were things we absolutely could have done better and we will use this experience to learn and grow from. Since this incident, we have implemented automated emails that let clients know where their order is each step of the way. I am and have always been willing to do whatever I can to make things right. So I've used Brown Box Tees twice now. The first was fine, took a little while but liked the sweatshirts and embroidered items came out great and I wasn't in a hurry. However, the second was awful. I had initially reached out saying I had some hats I needed done 6 weeks later via their "contact us" form and received a response saying "no problem!" They asked what hats they were so they could mock them up(already had our logo on file). 11 days later I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out again asking if it was still doable. The next day they told me they would send a proof to approve and I could drop the hats. I received the proof the next day and dropped the hats the following day, again verifying the hats could be completed on time, which I was told was "no problem" Fast forward 2+ weeks and I sent an email asking if they would be ready on time, I was told "I told the embroidery shop had the deadline..." A week later they were not ready, 4 days after our original agreed upon date... So, why the one star review? My issue was the staff who had lied about every part of our interaction. When I had dropped the hats, when they had called me, the agreed completion date, etc... rather disgusting that someone would try so hard to blame the customer instead of admitting they dropped the ball. When these lies were ignored via call logs, emails, etc. it led me to this review. In the end, I had to pay half the cost for a product that wasn't delivered and a rather gross interaction. I would look for another embroidery/printer.

Wow, Brown Box Tees really came through! I had to supply a quantity of shirts for a national event and I needed an experienced reliable printer. I took a chance on Brown Box because they really seemed to know what they were doing (Thanks Mikey and Matt!). I had some artwork that was NOT screen-print friendly (distressed font, halftones, narrow outlines -- sorry, guys!) and had multiple colors. The registration was not going to be easy. Lee Ann did a great job making the artwork print-ready, and the printing crew did a quality job. I had no mis-prints (which I've experienced at some other shops), and the shirts were ready to go a day ahead of my requested deadline, despite BBT being slammed with other work. I was really happy with my experience at Brown Box Tees, and would definitely work with them again. Recommended! Thanks for the quality product! My customers were very happy with the result, and I sold every last one.
