During the COVID-19 pandemic, this business took advantage of military members by forcing them to continue paying for a membership, in which they could not attend. A detailed email to the owners, explaining the situation, was not good enough for them and they simply replied we are providing value and service every way we can.

By far the best, most professional, and most well equipped CrossFit gym in the Hampton Roads area. The trainers emphasis safety, proper mechanics, and set the bar for mobility work and Olympic Lifts. Having been to other CrossFit gyms in the area, and having had the privilege of working out here for almost two years. Disclaimer: I am now lucky enough to be one of the trainers here.
