Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Dr. Moscowitz, Melissa and Carol. Restorative Infusions provides the ideal setting for the treatments they provide and made me feel at ease. The facility is extremely comfortable and clean. I am so thrilled and thankful to have found them. If I could give them 1000 stars I would. I definitely highly recommend them.

I have been plagued with major depression and anxiety for over 20 years. I've tried many treatments such as, typical counseling, medications (many different ones), hypnosis, CBT, TMS, life coach, EFT (tapping), meditation, I could go on. Many helped and some I still do til this day. But I needed something more. I needed something that could maybe push me into somewhere I couldn't get to. I researched Ketamine and all the possibilities it could help with. But I'll admit, I had reserves. I had anxiety. I don't like being out of control of my mind. So I really wasn't sure if the Ketamine infusions would be something I could go through. But I had some really bad weeks recently and realized that it was either I do something extreme or I may not make it. And that can't be an option with my children to take care of and my family who relies on me. If I don't make it, it will affect everyone and I would be the cause. So I decided to take the next step and at least try the Ketamine. But where to go. After doing my research, I found Restorative Infusions in Paramus, NJ. I called and first spoke with Carol. I've never called a doctor's office where I wasn't rushed off the phone. I was very anxious and had many questions. Carol was so informative, so kind, so compassionate and sincere. There wasn't a time during the conversation, which lasted over 15 minutes, that I felt rushed, or uncomfortable. It was truly the BEST experience of a first impression that I've ever had with a doctor's office. When the conversation was over, I felt hope. I felt like there may be something that could help me. After a week I sent them the paperwork and I called back. Carol didn't answer, Melissa did. I wanted to talk to Carol because I was so comfortable with her previously. But she wasn't there. I began to speak Melissa and to my surprise, not one but two genuinely caring and compassionate people worked at the same doctor's office. They together sold me on at least trying the infusion. The experience was intense but awesome. If I felt uncomfortable at all, Dr. Moskowitz, Carol and Melissa made everything better. They monitor you the whole time. They are never more than one second away if needed. They work with you. Dr. Moskowitz doesn't just do the"one size fits all" treatment. He tailors every treatment specifically designed to the individual. Every time. I can't say enough about the facility, the staff and their drive to really help people like me. Now for the results. Let me be clear. This is not a cure. It's a tool. What I experienced the days after the first treatment was profound. In my history of being depressed, negative and hopeless, I always had obssessive and negative thoughts. Thoughts that constantly made everything unhappy. But for the first time, I was able to take these negative thoughts and recognize them, then move them aside to think more about the here and now. Not living in the future or the past. Allowing the mindfulness to really take effect. I'm still working everyday with my medication, meditation, EMDR, and therapists and have come to realize that I always will have to work on this. But it's getting a little easier each day. That's more progress then I've made in years. I implore you to try this and trust them. If they could help me, they can help anyone. Obviously my name is changed here because of my personal life, but I assure you this is real. I would be happy to talk with anyone who is having doubts or wants to know my experience. I cant even begin to explain how pleasant my experience was at restorative infusions. They truly changed my life in the span of 2 weeks with much needed ketamine infusions. I walked in with severe depression of a 45 on the Becks Depression Inventory scale of 50, and left 2 weeks later at a 4 with a completely new found hopefulness and overall perspective on life. This treatment is truly life changing. My anxiety went from an 18 to an 8 and I can honestly say I have never been happier. Ketamine has done everything that a dozen different anti-depressants promised me without their horrible side effects. Dr. Moskowitz couldnt have made me feel more comfortable, safe, and informed. The nurses Melissa and Carol are real sweethearts and helped make my experience pleasant and enjoyable. This clinic really cares about their patients and always responded immediately when I texted or called them with questions. Couldnt have asked for a better group. Thanks guys!

Dr. Moskowitz, Melissa, Carol and the ketamine treatment have helped me more in a few months than all of my years of previous treatments for depression combined. They constantly demonstrate how they truly care about how Im doing and are always willing to help any way that they can. I am eternally grateful to have found them.
