Im a Geico customer, and I choose this Body Shop to fix my front bumper ( left side)on a small incident. Today May 31 , Almost 3 months from my check in ,and my car is not ready yet! Its not fair with me!!

This is an auto body shop that knows what they are doing! They delivered incredible customer service and repaired my vehicle making it look brand new. Justin was extremely helpful through the entire process and took the extra time to update me on the status of the vehicle. I got rear ended and had a claim through insurance and Justin executed the whole thing professionally. I highly recommend them if you're looking to use an auto body shop in the bay area!!

The only person who was helpful was Ray. Their customer service is horrible. Theres a lady who I believe is the office manager, beware of her. If youre black, go elsewhere as our kind is not welcomed. The only reason why I gave this establishment 2 stars is because of Ray, and because I like to support P.O.C.
