We are very sorry that we didn't achieve what you had expected. We did have some problems with the size of your logo and the legibility of the words being so small. As for the fanny pack, it did not fit onto the embroidery machine as expected, so directly embroidering onto the fanny pack was not really an option, that is why we made the patch. But we want to make sure that every customer is happy with the service that they receive from us. If you could please give us a call, or come in with the garments we would love to discuss if there is anything we can do to dissolve the issue. Hope to hear from you.

Less than mediocre in terms of timeline, quality, and communication. The design was supposed to be sent back to us for quality control three days after the design was initially submitted, and after over a week and a half the embroidery was completed without any quality control sent to us. On both articles the embroidery was done in a significantly larger size than requested. On one article a patch was added against request, while during the initial meeting we specifically mentioned no patch was to be added. On the other article the embroidery was done in a location other than indicated. Throughout the entire process no communication was made whatsoever. This company should be avoided at all costs due to their irresponsibility and lack of professionalism.
In this response I may not change your mind; however, your review has disturb me to a point of not knowing how to respond. It seems that in using my company to begin a launch into the brand logo world you needed 3 samples of your logo placed in front and center of 3 hooded sweatshirts with a placement on the hood. Each sweatshirt had a different color of thread for the logo. The punch out of the logo was approved and we continued with the project. My staff recommended adding a puff underlay which is technically much more challenging to a flat embroidery stitch-out. The project was delayed by 3 days due to inclement weather in central Ohio. I closed my business during those 3 days for safety reasons. We apologies that the work did not meet your expectations but through our email correspondence during and after the project we thought you were pleased with the work. I have reached out twice since this review and hope to hear from you soon to resolve any issues.

The staff at Sew Hippy, and particularly the owner, are not only extremely rude but also seem to have relatively no sense of fashion or any embroidery skill beyond putting a basic, one dimensional logo on a Gildan T-shirt. Would not recommend for anything advanced or complicated in any manner as they failed to even center words or connect embroidery lines on our project. The quality of the embroidery was abysmal and the service was embarrassingly slow. When we reached out to Sew Hippy about our project they took days to respond, if they chose to respond at all and lacked professionalism throughout the entire process. I would recommend using literally any other local company for embroidery or screen printing.
My Queens sash needed my name on the back, which required specialized embroidery with a rare font. They not only found the font, but matched the color thread exactly to the rest of the sash. Friendly service and a great price as well. These guys rock!!!
This was our first and last time giving this place our business. We took baseball caps in to be embroidered with a specific logo. This design was approved for the specific hats we provided. We were notified by someone that works in the shop that they were not able to complete the design as we wanted it. Apparently the needle kept breaking . So we have some hats with the complete logo and some with incomplete logos. Also, some of the hats are smudged in the front in the color that they were working with- black smudge on some and blue smudge on others. They also charge a 6% fee for using debit or credit cards. We inquired about a screen printing job and were quoted over $900 for a job that our regular printer has now charged us $393 for. Im sure they do ok work for some people we just were not one of them. Do your research and shop around before you make your decision. The hats should have been an easy completion for an experienced embroidery company. Thank God things are opening back up and we can use our regular company that has never had any issues with our embroidery projects. - Good Luck
