Ordered a bumper under my business account. Bumper was the wrong one so we took it back. They refused to return the part without a receipt although they can see the order in the system under my business account. I told them I can email the copy however the manager was not there to receive it. Went back in to try again and spoke to Bianca who was rude and unprofessional. She said "you're not getting nothing without a receipt" After asking what was the reason for the printed receipt because she can see the order in the system we were told that there is a charge of $10 for a reprint. I called the local number and reached another rep in their Syossett office who was very polite and helpful and he instructed them to process the return. This location staff is rude and unwilling to help. If you have a return make sure you have a paper copy because they will give you the run around.
Prices all over the place one person tells you one thing while others tell you something totally different. ...$88 from one person then $215 from another for the same part . It's a RIP OFF
