Stopped in just after opening on a Thursday. Place was a little sketchy. Said open, but then there was a sign on the door saying come to the 'house'. Someone was sitting in an outbuilding but didn't come out. Place looked messy through windows. Felt like I was about to buy moonshine in some holler in Kentucky. Left without rum.

Hello Jake, Please tell me the date, time, and approximate age of who you were talking to, so that I can figure this out. I am the owner and have not been behind the bar this week, so it was not me that served you. The Rum is a gold metal winner. People do have different taste and all cannot be pleased. My wife and I walked up to the bar and we were patiently waiting to be spoken to or served. It was about 10 minutes later the husband/owner decided he we help us but didnt want to. Had a horrible attitude and didnt really want to work that day. The rum was not very good and not pleasant to drink. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a very nice afternoon driving around this area. We passed a sign that said "Buy your rum here" and said, well okay. Turned the car around and found this distillery. Very nice lady that was running it. I bought some home made tahittian vanilla and vanilla rum. There are a couple winery out there, plenty to do. It is a beautiful drive as well!

This place is unassuming and well worth a quick stop! Pulling up, it looks like a country, family operation, but it exceeded our expectations. This was a very casual place to stop for a tasting and to sit and enjoy a drink at the patio style bar. We enjoyed the rum and vanilla! The bartender and tasting guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We had two small kids with our group and there was a huge grassy area for them to play and swing. Great experience!

The rum was great and a very relaxing environment but not many drink options besides their rum
